The New Castle County Transition team comprised of  Appoquinimink, Brandywine, Colonial, Christina, New Castle County Vo Tech,  Red Clay Consolidated Districts and Charters are having their 7th Annual Transition to Adult Life Fair for school age students with disabilities.

This fair is to help families and students navigate the post-secondary system in the areas of employment, training/education and independent living.

Please join us to visit and hear presentations from agencies, parents and students.

Join us on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, 815 Justison Street, Wilmington, DE. Event begins at 5:30pm till 8:00pm.
