For the past twenty years, Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay has celebrated and honored several female leaders in our community who have demonstrated exemplary Girl Scout qualities in their work and community achievements.  This year we are honoring Dr. LaVerne T. Harmon, President of Wilmington University.
