The Homebuyer Fair is a Free Exhibition (on Saturday, April 21st, 2018) that includes training sessions on finding and negotiating on properties, home maintenance, financing options, settlement procedures and budgeting and taxes. Information will be provided on down payment and closing cost assistance and the First-time Homebuyer Tax Credit.  Industry experts will be on hand including Delaware State Housing Authority Staff (DSHA), lenders, realtors, attorneys, housing counselors and financial coaches.

The event will take place in Governors’ and Wilmington Hall.
