The Citizen of the year Award is presented each year by the Del-Mar-Va Council to an outstanding business leader and role model for our youth with a wide influence in both the business community and community at large. The event is BSA’s largest annual event on Del-Mar-Va, helping the BSA deliver workforce development, youth leadership development, STEM, and environmental education programs to thousands of young people throughout the region.
